Hi there! I’m Lauren and I’m a Functional Nutritionist, specializing in Gut and Metabolic health. In layman’s terms, I’m on a mission to help you identify the root cause to your gut issues and β€˜slow’ metabolism.

Ever since I can remember, I’ve been fascinated with nutrition. I was a collegiate athlete, followed the Standard American Diet (SAD), and did all the β€œright” things. Yet, after years of working in fast-paced critical care, my health took a downward spiral. Chronic UTIs, hypothyroidism, anxiety, amenorrhea and acne was just the start of it.

I was struggling. I was tired of being tired. And I felt completely hopeless going from specialist to specialist with no answers.

Then I found functional nutrition. And lemme tell ya, it gave me my life back. All my seemingly unrelated symptoms disappeared once we addressed the root cause. And now, I’m on a mission to help people like you take back your health, vibrancy, and life you deserve.

After you graduate, you will have the tools to continue healing without relying on long term supplements or food restrictions. Learning the WHY behind your symptoms is key. You also have options to continue working together if you would like more support.
